2. Contract Checker
The Contract Checker uses automated, rule-based analysis to flag common clauses, missing terms, and potential red flags in vendor contract text you paste or upload.
Results are informational only. The tool:
Do not sign vendor contracts based solely on Contract Checker output. Obtain independent legal advice for significant financial commitments.
- Does not replace review by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
- May miss important issues or flag language that is acceptable in context.
- Does not know your specific negotiations, local laws, or vendor reputation.
- Does not create an attorney-client relationship with Pinnacle or any third party.
3. AI Planner
The AI Planner (Pro) analyzes your wedding data to generate suggestions, chat responses, risk summaries, and optional automated scans based on your activity level preferences.
AI output is generated algorithmically from your data and general planning heuristics. It may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
Important changes suggested by the AI require your explicit approval before being applied where applicable.
Daily usage limits apply (e.g., chat messages and automated scans) to ensure fair use and system stability.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee that following AI suggestions or contract analysis will prevent disputes, overspending, vendor problems, or planning errors.
You remain solely responsible for all wedding planning decisions and vendor agreements.
5. How AI Uses Your Data
AI features process wedding data stored in your account (budget, guests, vendors, checklist, timeline, etc.) to generate responses and suggestions.
Analysis runs on Pinnacle's systems. We do not sell your wedding data to third parties for AI training.
